fundraiser?

My daughter whom is 10 years old has an opportunity to go to washing dc for a educational conference she is a nominee for having straight a’s all of elementary. If she is selected to go she needs to come up with 2,000 dollars. Any suggestions on how to start a fundraiser to get that kind of money? i have 5 kids so i dont have that kinda money but i really want to find a way to get her to go not only is it a great opportunity but she could also win a full scholarship or partial. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
