Barbara is an African American woman who loves Chinese culture. She received $500 donation from a businessman before 2006 Christmas and she decided to take dance club students in her community to see the NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular show in Chicago. She has signed up 18 people and exceeded her budget.
